Help building a team

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I really like pokemon especially ruby and saphire as well as FR ad LG.
I want to make a team with no ubers or starters so i chose these pokemon
Metagross
Dragonite
Tyranitar
Milotic???
I still need 2 pokemon and i was wondering what would be most useful to the team. I would please like to hear suggestions and also what attcks should my pokemon have and what ev's please I've never Ev trained before but i have a rough idea how to do it. I can get any pokemon needed so it doesnt matter what you suggest.

As for a last pokemon, how about Starmie since you only have one (purely) special poke if you use Milotic.

That set fully abuses Dragonite's power. With higher Defenses than Salamence except it doesn't have intimidate, this is a monster once you get this thing in at the right time.

Snorlax might be a good idea for you to tank, and a special sweeper to balance your team out a bit
Starmie = Use nightcat's

Trait: Immunity/Thick Fat
Careful/Adamant Nature (+SDef/+Atk, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Return/Body Slam
- Shadow Ball
- Rest
With Tyranitar and Metagross in there, you don't need Earthquake

Thanks for your help but this is the planning of a team so i didnt have any natures etc yet. I dont understand whether you are saying to get rid of milotic or not here

I gave the natures so that you could try to get them.
And IMO ditch T-tar, and use both Milotic and Starmie.
Since you have too many physicals...
