I'm not from Israel, but i'll try. Saffron, to the left of Sabrina's gym. Fight the guys inside. The last man will give you either Hitmonchan OR Hitmonlee. good luck!

You have to beat the master first. He holds a hitmonlee and a hitmonchan. After you beat him you have either hitmonlee or hitmonchan.
