Help finding Anti-spyware programs

Ugh..I'm trying to find spyware removal programs for my WinMe. I already have PestPatrol and Spybot on my computer.

Ad-aware:Keeped asking me to download definitons, then while downloading failed.

Spy Sweeper: It keeps popping up, telling me just to download definitions. A pain.

Most others like Spyware Doctor, SpyHunter,etc: Always says something like "To remove spyware you must buy the full version". I don't want to buy the full version!

Some others it says: "Note: <insert program> doesn't remove spyware, only protects".

Is there any other suggestions?

Note: With some of the SpyHunter, Spyware Doctor, those must-buy-full-version-to-remove-spyware programs, they found spyware that PP and Spybot couldn't find.

Erm, my Ad-aware kept having the definitions download resulting in an error until I downloaded a shiny new version and re-installed it. I suggest you do the same.

Also, I think that having a proxy might have something to do with the download being stopped. Try doing something about that if the new installation fails.
