help getting silver sheild

I've been battling a lot at the battle frontier but I don't get the silver sheild, anybody know why?

You have to get 50 wins in the battle tower, then you have to talk to scott. You can only do that in single mode.

Get over 50 straight wins in the Battle Tower and then talk to Scott.

Ok,Thanks, I thought I had to do 50 battles anywhere on the Battle Frontier.

No, because the system of how you win is different in each facility. For example, the Pike measures in rooms completed, the Pyramid measures in floors completed. Arena, Palace, Tower, Factory, and Dome are the only ones which measure in battles.

To get the silver sheild you must battle 50 consequtive battles in the Battle Tower, then talk to scott at his house, To get the gold sheild repeat the process except battle 100 battles.

Same here, I was battling a lot and I was sure I was over 50 and still no Silver Shield. Well, time to go to the Battle Tower!
