Help getting the regis!

Okay, so I have Emerald version and I can't get the regis! I've read the guide about them and I've gone into the current and gotten to the little square and when I dive the braille isn't there! It's just a small rectangular room! No braille at all. What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried using dig on the wall at the top of the room?

And do you have a Wailord and Relincanth in your team, and in the correct positions?

But regis are too boring

Go get a Relicanth from the Sootopolis-Mossdeep underwater and catch
it.Beware,its rare. Wailord is needed too.Train your Wailmer to level 40 and
evolve it. Have a pokemon knows dive and dive into the water at the current
between Pacidfilog and Slateport. (not the big 1 with tortoise rocks
surrounding.)Go all the way till you came to the Brialle.Dive up.Dig in front
of the giant Braille and put Relicanth in party slot 1 and Wailord at the
back.Talk to it and earthquake triggers.

Go back to Dewford and surf to the
left.Keep to the left till you came to Island Cave.Talk to it and don't move
for 2 minutes.Enter and fight Regice
Regice's move: Superpower,AncientPower,Curse,Icy Wind

Go to where you find the SafariZOne and keep going to the left till you meet a girl who gives you berry and climb the stairs. Keep going till you reach
Ancient Tomb.Go to the middle and fly.
Registeel's move:SuperPower,AncientPower,Curse,Metal Claw

Go to the desert and enter Desert Ruins at the bottom..Go upx4,left,up and
RockSmash.
Regirock'smove: SuperPower,AncientPower,Curse,RockThrow.
They are all level 40.

I think I've found the problem. I've been diving at the one with the big rocks surrounding it. Which other square is there?
EDIT: I've been able to do it now! YAY! I've caught each regi except ice. He is really hard! I've put him to sleep, lowered his HP, and used timer balls to the point where he destroys himself while using struggle and I can't catch him! Any help?;384;

It's all based on luck. No magic formula. Just weaken it and give it a status condition.

Yes. My trick is 40 ultra balls, than one timer ball, and I catch it

Regi's are not worth the effort in doing all that, If ya want a good legendarie get rayquaza (Sorry if that wasnt on topic, Just abit of advice. )
