How do i get that button thingy below my username to be some other thing besides professer oak

Post more and it will change. That's your postcount rank.

Post lots. That's your user rank, it changes when your post count goes higher. There was a thread on it once, that showed all the ranks. Like I said, just post a lot, it will change every time you get a cerrtain number of posts.
