Help in Emerald

I just traded all my pokemon on emerald to Leaf Green and Restarted and this is my current team:
Blaziken
Ludicolo
Grumpig
Crobat
?
?

I Need to choose Between a Water Type and a Electric Type in Emerald.
I was thinking Wailord or Walrein.I Was going to put Gyarados,but i Already have a lv100 Shiny Gyarados on LG,so training another one would be a waist of time.
Manetric or Lanturn.I Can't figured it out guys.A Little advice would help =)
If you guys think of a better pokemon,water or Eletric,that would fit on my team,let me know ok?

Go with manectric and walrein they are good if you give them good moveset

go with a walrein so you don't go through all that trouble finding a feebas and giving it pokeblocks

Umm...havent started looking for one yet. Im training Gardy to lv. 100 then i will find a feebas. On my ruby it took me like 5 minutes. not much.

The good thing about raising a feebas to Milotic is that its worth it...but it takes time to find feebas and theen evolve it.Well..lets see..ill give it a try tonight and i let yall know what happened.So for the Electric,Manetric is the Winner?

i dont really know their Nature,becouse i ndont have my bga rigth now..but tomorrow ill pots the Natures for my pokemon,the one that i have doubts on.

Walrein does not suck. In fact, G80 said it is no way a bad Lapras
Zapdos isn't obtainable in Emerald. IMO use Ampharos

Go for a bold one. And just breed with a ditto or something.

Yeah,but where i am rigth now i cant find Ditto.Im training to challange the pokemon league,and if im rigth underground dessert or whatever(where u find ditto)is only available after you beat the elite 4.And my Feebas is a male,so i have to get ditto to breed it.So What about Salamence instead of Manetric?
My current team is

Adamant blaziken lv 60
Hasty grumpig lv 60
Adamant Crobat lv55
Hasty Ludicolo lv 60

And i will probably use Rayquaza just to beat the league and put my lv 45 Manetric in there just for the heck of it.and i will only use Ludicolo on my final Team,Maybe Crobat too,and definetly milotic.But thats Later On.I need to finish this team first.
so what you guys think?
