Help- Keep Duskull?

If I use an Escape Orb to exit a dungeon, do I keep any partners that joined in that dungeon?

I'm in the Sky Tower, and I have Squirtle (me) Cydnaquil (partner) Absol, and just recruited Duskull, but I don't want to lose him. Can I use my Escape Orb to exit (I'm on Floor 10) so Duskull will join my team permently, and then re-enter with ALL 4 member?

You will keep duskull but when you renter the dungeon you will only be able to use 3 pokemon just like always.It would be just like any other day in the game.

Escape orbs will allow you to escape with any new recruits... and any items that you pick up on Kecleon Carpets safely (Just don step off)
