Ok, I was on the Abandoned Ship because I wanted to get the Deepseascale so I could evolve my Clamperl into Gorebyss. When I went to get the key to Rm.2,(I was using a gameshark at this time)when I picked it up it said I found ????????. When I went to go see it in bag it wasn't there! Now I can't get the Scanner! What do I do?? Please don't tell me I'm screwed and there's nothing I can do about it!!!!

I had that happen to me thats why shouldnt use cheating devices as for the scanner just trade your pokemon to another game and restart your game then get a little bit farther then trade them back

The only thing I can imagine would be to use another code, but since you can't discuss cheat devices on these forums, you can't get your answer here.
