Want EV training in Defense, HP, Special Attack, and Special Defense
Moves:
Charm(To lower the attack of an earthquake or a ground move)
Rest(To Restore HP after using charm a few times after coming into battle)
Grass Rope
Discharge

Tell me if this move set is a good idea.
