hello

i'm play EMERALD game and i'm now on the SOOTOPOLIS CITY

Problem is that: i can't find Sootopolis gym leader (the gym is closed)

Where he is?

have you been through the cave of origin, then to sky pillar and then come back gym should be open

um, have you seen the cut seen with groundon and kyogre, i think you have to speak to stephen, he will move the old guy for you
