i dont get how to get Espeon & Umbreon and how do u now which one you are going to get

Well for staters what game? And you get a certain shard there is 2, 1 will make umbreon if it holds and loves you other espeon same.

In emarald max out evvees happiness in the day and it will evolve into espeon, max out its happiness at nighttime and it will evovle into umbreon.

magnimite and magniton are found in the new mauville and will sometimes hold metal coat.

actually it is the other way around i know it is wierd but that is how i got umbreon at tlike 8:30 A.M. and espeon at 6:30 P.M. the night before

Bagon at Meteor Falls.
And let's not forget Colo/XD. That's probably the easiest way to get one or both, as without them you need to do all this stuff on FR/LG after you complete it and breed whatever your Eevee evolved into and then max out happiness at a certain time. And it's annoying.

Okay, this has to be about a dozen times that you've made a thread where your question could have been easily answered using the main site or one of the FAQs (how to get Umbreon/Espeon is explained in the Emerald FAQ AND the FR/LG FAQ in that section). I don't know how else to tell you.
