Does anyone know the most common first place to see Latias and if so is there any techneek to finding it??? Please Help Me!!!Please!!!Please!!!

Walk around in the grass or surf if you have your masterball use it NOW but if you dont bring a Whynot or its evolved form so that she can not escape.

its really not that hard. Just instead of flying use your bike or surf. Then weaken and paralyze it and stuff so the next time it will be hurt and you can look in your Dex, copy it's traveling routes and try to match it.

Yeah I would try the north, east, south, and west routes of Mauville. That is where I first saw mine.

I personally suggest that you don't look for it-just let it come to you. While you wait, work on pokedex, train, or do other stuff.
