im used to play with 4x offensive moves and legendaries lol.. i wanna try something new

Encore is very useful. Use Substitute, and if the enemy uses a non-damaging move, make it repeat the move while you hit it with your own attacks.

For the rest:
Dragonite: Adamant
Tauros: Adamant
Blissey: Bold

This is outside the box, and will be unexpected, but should work.

Any nuteral nature, or Lonely, or Mild.

Item=Lum berry (To stop paralisation ect)

Defence curl (To double rollout, and raise low def)
Rollout (Max of 306 atk? This'll do a lot by turn 5, especially with defence curl)
Thunderbolt (For STAB)
Brick break (For rock types)

No, that won’t work well. Rollout is one of those moves to stay away from since it takes too much time and is overall a poor, inefficient strategy.
