Lapras wants Rest instead of Psychic. Or Roar instead since you're using Spikes on your team.

Petaya berry could work with a Manectric: I think the set is something like this.
Manectric@Petaya
- T-bolt
- Crunch
- Sub
- HP {Ice / Grass}

Make sure Manectric's HP is divisible by 4 so Petaya activates exactly after 3 Substitutes. After that, have fun sweeping.
