Help Me With My Team

First off, I haven't gotten them yet, but I'm looking for some help with their move sets, natures, items and EV spreads:

Vaporeon
*used as a tank
Yanma
*used as an annoyer
Shuckle
*used as a tank
Forretress
*used as a tank
Togetic
*used as an annoyer
Syther
*used as a physical sweeper

I'm going to take out probably shuckle for a special sweeper, who should I use? Keep in mind I want to not use a very OU pokemon. And yes, I'm a very big defensive player. No HAX moves either please.

LMAO HP Ground/Acid Armor Vaporeon. What purpose will that accomplish? Haze, Protect, and/or Wish plz. Preferably the latter two, seeing as Haze will do diddly squat InGame.

Attacking Yanma will do far better than Annoyer Yanma. Know why? COMPUTERS CANNOT BE ANNOYED, PROVOKED, AGITATED, OR FEEL ANY EMOTION. Also, when the computer actually DOES land a hit, Yanma will die. Reversal/Shadow Ball/Signal Beam(because HP Bug is too much effort for InGame)/Substitute for a working Yanma.

lol Shuckle. Shuckle doesn't do anything but die. If you want a Tank, Blissey, Claydol, Suicune, and/or Weezing are all excellent options.

SPN, WTH to your Forretress. Rock Slide(because, again, HP Bug isn't worth it)/Earthquake/Explosion/Rest(I suppose, since Rapid Spin won't do anything).

The rest of SPN's suggestions are pretty much fine, except Reversal>HP Rock on Scyther.

This is the Rate my Team forum, not the Give me a Team forum. Asking for movesets, natures, and EVs (if EV training) for one or two Pokemon is okay, but not for a whole team.
