i need help name a good water pokemon and a good electric pokemon

a good water pokemon would be a Gyrados well for me but it will take a while to train magikarp or dragonite and a good electric pokemon would be a jolteon

electric = jolteon, water = feraligatr!!!!

feraligatr looks cool but his attacks arent that powerful, use milotic, it has high defence and offence

Water: Starmie/Kingdra (Fire/Ice Sponge)
Electric: Jolteon (fast sweeper)
Water and Electric: Lanturn (Tank; great HP)

Water:
Milotic, Starmie, Swampert, Ludicolo, those things... You can also try Politoed and Lapras.

Electric:
I can´t answer this one...
