Sometimes I'll minimize my apps for a few seconds to a minute and when I go back on it the whole app starts over and acts like I just opened it.

I'm not asking anywhere else because I'm minimalistic and won't make accounts for other sites if I don't have too.

Edit: I have a moto g stylus, it's been happening since I bought it so nothing I changed before made it start, I just used to be find with it but now it's fustrating me to the point where I had to ask.

If you don't wanna read 'em, basically for the last two, from skimming them, it says that it could be the option in the developer's options called "Do not keep activities".

But that might not be much of an answer or a solution to your problem, especially since you don't mention what kind of phone you're using or anything else that might help, like when did this problem start, how long it's been going on and if you did anything before the problem started that may have led to the problem.
