Help. Messed up Layout

something is wrong with my layout. i dont know what i did wrong. just take the Link Here and then view source. so does anyone know what i did wrong?

That's what I've found.
When I view the source in Firefox, it's displayed red, which means there must be something wrong with it.

I don't know exactly what, but the 2nd " is looking slightly different than the first one.

Aha. I think I've found the problem.

See that? You're missing a quotation mark at the end of the link. It should be:

<a href="submitguide.htm">Submit Content</a><br>

I tested it in Dreamweaver, then saved it and tested it in IE, and it looks fine to me after the correction.
