Below is my competitive Poke Mon Emerald team, all at lv 100, please rate and fix the move sets and held item, thanks. when surgesting new moves please explain how I can get them onto my pokemon, as I dont want to do breeding.

Note: ALL my poke mon have leftovers as the held item.

Erm, pass to Latias? Idk. Espeon's only real competitive use is to BP CMs.

Changes noted in bold. If you really want to call this competitive, EVs and good natures are also needed. You need an EQ/RS resist, among other things.
