Rest-talk Set on milotic. It should have some means of recovery. I suggest this set:


Milotic@(you probably don't need leftovers if you already have rest)
Modest( if you want Some Special attack) OR Relaxed (if you want to abuse Marvel Scale)

EV:
206 Hp
52 Sdef
252 Def

Ice beam
Surf
Rest
Sleep Talk

Use Rest when low on HP. It heals any status condition except confuse and you get the 1,5 defence bonus from marvel scale. Then sleep talk which randomly chooses a move and uses it. Max Defence EV's To totally abuse Marvel Scale.

Why Quiet nature on it? You are totally ignoring the attack stat so why lower your speed? So either Modest(if you want some attacking power) Or Relaxed( If you want to abuse the Marvel Scale even more) If you want you can also go for Calm ( + Sdef, - Attack)

206 Hp Ev's to make it even more bulky. High defences without Hp are useless, so there needs to be some EV's in hp.
252 Def to totally abuse Marvel Scale.
52 Sdef to help it a little against things like thunderbolt. You can change this to 52 Sattack.

its just a better move. i no that solar beam covers the water weakness but by the time that u use sunny day, houndooms dead
