Help needed with team in FR

I am thinking of making my team for beating ELITE FOUR in Fire red like this:
Charizard
Earthquake - Flamethrower - Blast burn - Fly

Gyarados
Earthquake - waterfall - hydropump?

Alakazam
Hyperbeam - shadowball - psychic - energyball

Gengar
?

Jolteon
?

Dragonite
?

Do you have any suggestions for the team? And/or for the movesets? I am thinking of switching Gengar or Alakazam out with Scyther, is that a good idea?
It would help me so much if you came with some suggestions, since i am pretty new to Pokemon
