I need some help. Ive completed Mt.Battle In pokemon XD but i have not recived my Jhoto startes why?(Yes i completed it from 1-100)

Did you leave Mt. Battle at any time? Or perhaps used the PC? If so, then that's why you don't have your Johto Starter.
