Help on building my team

I need help on changing my Empoleon's moveset and help picking either Typhlosion or Charizard.
My Empoleon as of now is:
Modest
-Grass Knot
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Flash Cannon
Poorly EV trained in Sp. Attk since I was stupid back then and thought maxing Vitamins means a maxed stat >.> (possibly remaking my Empoleon)
So I need help on it's moveset or what pokemon can replace him ;395;


Finally, Charizard or Thyplosion?
And what moveset for it :T

A Simple look at the rules would have told you everything.

Hydro Pump or Agility would go well in Empoleon's last slot, while the choice or Charizard/Typhlosion is really down to the rest of your team. Charizard is weak against Electric, and because Empoleon is too, Typhlosion is probably the better choice.

I'm gonna go with Typhlosion then.
What would make a good moveset for it though?
So far I can think of:
(Modest nature)
~Flamethrower
~Focus Blast?
~SolarBeam
~Sunny Day

Also for the Empoleon should I replace Flash Cannon with Hydro Pump?

It would be very useful to see the rest of your team.
If you have sunny day then it should also help the rest of your team.
Other words it sounds ok.

-Psycho Cut
-Close Combat
-Night Slash

Dragonite - Adamant
-Dragon Claw
-Thunder Punch
-Earth Quake
-Iron Head

And the Empoleon I told you about.
