Help on EV'traing for Xd.

Since the pokemon I'm using for Orre Collesuim are getting screwed over because of Ev training I've decided to give it a try . But I can't find a guide for it . I know where to go for special defense (light house if you don't capture Dragonite) , speed ( Rider in Oukskirt stand) and Attack (Rider in Pyrite town) but where do I go for special attack , defense (need the most) and hp.I'm not going to screw over my Latias and Zapados this time.

I always use the GBA games for EV training, as it's much easier to manage fighting one Pokemon at a time. After the 510 battles I put them back into XD & level them up through Mt Battle.

Trade your Pokemon to a GBA game, there's no good way to EV train in XD..

yeah you can't ev train in colo or xd because there are not that many wild pokemon

i managed to ev train two pokemon, ninetales and espeon in xd however it takes lots of patience making sure that you leave the pokemon giving the evs you want your pokemon to gain for the last and using the pokemon you are ev training to battle only those pokemon which give the evs you are training for.
it took me ages but anyway! i'm happy that i managed it!

Trade them to Emerald and reduce the EV's through berries, or simply breed them
