i'm new, and i want to make a trainer card, but the turorial does not make sense to me, i have no idea what a template is, or how to get it, i need a lot of help for this, and i don't really want to request something, because i would like to update the trainer card. so if you could help me that would be great.

Template is a free trainer card, without pokemon, trainer, badges or name.
You need backgrounds, you know what they are, right?
You need pokemon sprites and trainer sprites.
You need badges.
And you need the letters, A, B, C, D etc...
Ah, and a template too. And you need to be good at making them too.

the basic and most common template used by Serebii's spriters is in the sprite tutorials section. Some make their own templates by customizing this template, such as moving the postioning of the boxes and name, etc... Some do this for shop purposes, others do it to, well... Show off, I suppose. .
