Help please for Pokemon Emerald!

Dear all Pokemon fans,

I'm Samuel and I'm new to the forums. Anyway, as you see I played the Pokemon Emerald game for a long time but I can't complete the pokedex. I still need Jirachi, Dexoys, Mew, Celebi, Ho-OH, Lugia, and the legendary (dogs (3) and birds (1--Latios). For Mew, Ho-OH, Lugia, and Dexoys, I know I need tickets (Mystic, Aurora, and Old Sea Map), to find them on different islands. However, the events are over, my friends don't have them, and I can't get them on ebay. The legendary dogs (all 3) and Latios (I picked Latias, so I need Eon Ticket or trade from Ruby), all I can't find or see. As for Celebi and Jirachi, I don't have any way of getting them (don't have the bonus disk from Pokemon Col.)

I know that in Action Replay, Game Shark, Code Breaker, and other more cheating devices, they can unlock the codes for Pokemon Emerald. They can get you all the tickets and other rare items. I just want to know, what are the codes (please specific the device name) and will that device do harm to my game (in what way and will it corrupt or delete the game?)

Well yes, the cheating device might cause harm to your game (results as a bad egg, if I'm right, which if that egg is hatched, the data will be corrupted) Try to trade with your friends instead, or just be patient to wait for the next events, I wouldn't recommend to use cheating device though, to think that you've played for a long time.

There's also a liability issue we don't want to have, as usage of such devices may invoke damage to the game cartridge or game file.

Any would work, I beleive. You can just trade over the current "Dog(s)" to another game, like Ruby or something, restart your FireRed/ LeafGreen and choose a different starter to find a the other Dogs you need.
