Help starting Virtual PC

I'm trying to use virtual PC to install Windows 95 over Windows XP. However, when I load it I get a message saying "Reboot and select proper Boot device or insert Boot Media in selected Boot device". What does this mean and how do I fix it?

^try using bios and then select prim. boot device a floppy or a cd rom

As far as I know, Windows 95 only works on the FAT 16 or FAT 32 partition. If you have something else, you need to change it

No this is an Acer. I'm installing the older version in order to play some old games I have laying around.

Actually, what I need is to be able to work DOS commands. These games need them to work properly. I don't want Windows 95 to be for the whole PC, just one section for these games.

there is a programm on caiman.us (sorry for this but i have to help) that is called dos box or something like that(use search and then type dos you'll find it) that emulates the games in dos to work on xp or nt or 2000
