Training:

I have a Mewtwo - 71
Charizard - 70 almost
Mewoth - level 11, he has cut,flash
And another 2 taken up by a similar HM reason.
The 6th spot is Dragonair, he is level 30 and has exp. share.
Where should I train, who should be my first in my party?

Catching Suicune:

I beat the Elite 4, and I chose charmander as my starter. Now I can't find Suicune in wild. Is there a special spot, and is Kanto region the island one or the one with all the gyms in it? ;145;

Training- unless you're EV training the best spots are the Unknown Dungeon's bottom floor and the Elite. Just keep going through...

Suicune: Have a Master Ball? Great. Don't? OK; go catch a Wobbuffet, or something FAST that can Mean Look + Baton Pass, and make sure that Wobby/Baton Passer is level 39 or below. Pick up a bunch of Max Repels and Fly somewhere where you can make a quick transition between one location and another (for example, outside Celadon there's a guardpost, about five steps up from that is a patch of grass; the guardpost north of Vermillion is another good spot.) If you have your Master Ball it doesn't matter who's first in your party, but if not, Wobbuffet or your Baton Passer has to lead so that Suicune can't run off on you. Now, spray your Max Repel and go wander through some tall grass. (Try the "spinning" trick that you use in the Safari Zone to maximize the steps you can take while under Max Repel.) If Suicune doesn't show up after a bit of this, run back into the guardpost and come out and try again. Repeat as necessary. When Suicune shows up, I'm sure you know what to do. Either drain HP with Wobbuffet (but for goodness' sake don't use Destiny Bond!) or Mean Look + Baton Pass to something else. Then toss your Ultra Balls. Good luck!

Thanks, a few questions from that too - Where is the Unknown Dungeon??(Yes I am a starter in Pokemon).

And isn't repel supposed to repel??

Repel only repels pokemon lower then your main pokemon. That is why the Wobba should be level 39 or lower, so anything except Suicune will be repelled.

Unknown Dungeon (now knows as Cerulean Cave >_>) Is near Cerulean City. Try surfing.

And level 58 Wobbufet won't do. 39 or lower

Oh ok, what if I get like a level 30 pokemon, then when I meet Suicune, I will just switch with my Wobby, then it cannot escape right?

Or will that level 30 pokemon be attacked by other pokemon? :-0

And is it the pokemon in the first slot or does it not matter?
I have a level 30 dragonair in my first slot and mewtwo and charizard in my other two with level 58 wobby

Don't doublepost. You can edit too. Your level 30 Pokemon will be attacked by any Pokemon of level 31 and higher. And I am not sure switching works. I think it might still be able to escape then, as it already gave the command.

Wow, the mods are conscientious this morning. -raises a glass to them-

For the record, if the Wobbuffet swaps out, the Pokemon it was facing can then run because it is no longer under the influence of Shadow Tag. (Same for Arena Trap.) And Shadow Tag, unlike Mean Look, can't be Baton-Passed. I don't know if swapping your lev. 30 with the Wobbuffet will work; it should because your swap is the first action that will take place in the battle and Wobbuffet will be in, with Shadow Tag activated, before it's Suicune's turn. I've never tried this, though, so don't quote me.
