Help with avatars

How do I use my own pictures for my avatar instead of the custom ones? I already have an image but I don't know how to use it as my avatar. Someone please help. I checked the FAQ there was nothing about avatars there.

You can't only Serebii STAFF can! So no you can not.

Like NarutoUzumaki94 said, you can't upload your own because if all 8000 members uploaded custom avatars, it would waste too much of the site's bandwidth.

You can upload a profile picture though. Go to UserCP >> Profile Picture.
It will appear when someone views your profile (by clicking on your name).
