I just made a banner but it wont show up why?

You are using the wrong address.
The thing you've got in your sig (

) is just a site link, not an image.
Just check out the pics URL again.

Maybe the size is too big, look in the sig rules for the exact measurement or if it's the link in your sig, it's not an image.

Yeah, and you also didn't close the 2nd IMG tag and didn't use a proper address.
