Help with deoxys

how do i get lugia ho oh and deoxys in firered without going to a special pokemon event

Without an event or cheating device, Deoxys is simply out of the question. It's onobtainable. Ho-oh and Lugia cannot be caught in Fire Red either without an event, however they can be caught in other games. In Pokemon Coluseum, if you purify all 48 Pokemon and beat Mt. Battle in Battle Mode, Ho-oh will join your party. Then you must trade it to Fire Red. As for Lugia, it is caught as a Shadow Pokemon in Pokemon XD. You must purify all other Pokemon and then you are able to purify Lugia. Then you can trade it to FR.

well i have an action replay max could i get deoyxs lugia ho oh with that if so please explain.

I wouldn't know, since I don't use cheating devices. Plus, the discussion of Game Shark and AR are not allowed on the forums, so this thread has the potential to be closed. The methods I said are the only clean and "legal" ways to get the Pokemon that you mentioned.

if u have a gamecube and really want ho-oh and lugia, i'd suggest gettin the 2 gamecube games and gettin them that way.
I never suggest using ANY cheating devices because they all have a potential to messing up your game or gameboy and the use of them completely voids any warranty for the game and gameboy.
Too much risk for 3 pokemon of which 2 you can easily get legally without events
