okay, i'm new to NetBattle. I've always liked the Eevee line, and wanted to try making a team with them. Needless to say, with my lack of experience in competitive battling, it hasn't gone well.
I've seen Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Umbreon used on teams before, so that's half of my team that i know sees competitive play. However, i don't really know how to set them up for maximum effeciency. Here's what i have now (bear in mind that it is definately not very good yet. Also, EVs and Natures haven't really been done, since I don't really know what I'm doing. Any help in that area would be appreciated):
Eevee (M) @ Leftovers ** Eon
Trait: Run Away (lol)
Shadow Ball
Return
HP Dragon
Wish
Jolteon (M) @ Leftovers ** Thunders
Trait: Volt Absorb
Bite
Thunder
Thunderbolt
Wish
Flareon (M) @ Leftovers ** Booster
Trait: Flash Fire
Return
Flamethrower
Hyper Beam (I know it's not generally a good move, but with the high ATK, i figured a last-ditch shot.... but it hasn't helped.)
Shadow Ball
Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers/Chesto Berry ** Showers
Trait: Water Absorb
Surf
Ice Beam
Haze
Rest
Umbreon (M) @ Leftovers ** Shadows
Trait: Synchronize
Faint Attack/Confuse Ray (I tried confuse ray, but i was having trouble using my umbreon properly without any offensive moves, so i added in Faint Attack, to give me some option.)
Toxic
Mean Look
Moonlight/Rest
Espeon (F) @ Leftovers ** Espers
Trait: Synchronize
Psychic
Bite
Substitute
Morning Sun
Again, it's not great. Not by a long shot, im sure. But any help, on any of them would be greatly appreciated. I'm definately keeping the 5 evolutions, but Eevee doesn't seem to be useful at all, so i'm up for dropping it. on the Gameboy games, i used to run Aerodactyl as my 6th, and i wouldn't mind doing so here, if somebody thinks that'd be helpful. Also, if i can just get an idea of what stats to focus on with the EVs for each Pokemon, i can figure out exact spreads on my own.
Thanks in advance for any help!
