help with evolving pokemon

Hi im new to the forums. I recently got pokemon platinum version and i was wondering if someone would be nice enough ot help me evolve my pokemon. I need to evolve my machoke and graveler and they need to be traded, so could someone help me out? the last pokemon game i had was leafgreen, so i havent used the wifi thing yet. If someone has aim or msn that would be better. i just need someone to help me make two trades and then trade back lol
