Help with Hitmontop

I have hatched a gazillion tyrogues and as they level up, their stats(attack and defense) just never even out. I have tried using vitamins and EV training but nothing seems to work. Has anyone gotten Hitmontop, if so, what sort of strategy did you use?

First of all gizillion is not a number.

Second of all, I got a Serious Tyrogue and EV trained it. I believe I fought Geodude to raise Defense EVs. I got Hitmontop rather easily.

Here are some natures that may make your cause difficult.

Attack Support
Adamant, Naughty, Brave

Defense Supporting
Impish, Lax, Relaxed

Attack Opposing
Calm, Modest, Timid

Defense Opposing
Gentle, Mild, Hasty

Attack Supporting, Defense Opposing
Lonely

Defense Supporting, Attack Opposing
Bold

Nevermid, I got it via lots of vitamins, It has the best nature for a hitmontop, a carefull nature.

It just oozes potential

Haha, i hatched 3 tyrogues i'm looking to get a hitmonchan, i tried and gave him plenty of iron and bam i get a hitmontop lol. My 2nd i trained first few levels against metapods and kakunas and fed iron, so i'll see what happens when it hits 20.

Try to find a Quirky Tyrogue, so, it's attack and defense will be almost the same.
