I want to make the best ledian possible... so heres my ideas

[obviously, breed to get best IVs]

Ledian: Bold [+ def -attack], or impish [+def -SA]
Silver Wind
Baton Pass
Double Team
Agility/Swords Dance

Ledian can learn swords dance in Leaf Green via Tutor, can I breed a ledian to learn swords dance on emerald??

EVs-
252-Defense
252-HP
6-Speed

or split the HP and speed
252-Def
128-Hp
128-Speed.
