help with miltank

I want to raise a miltank. Can somebody give me a good moveset and nature? also if anybody suggests curse can they tell me how to get it?

-Curse
-Body Slam
-Heal Bell
-Milk Drink

Earthquake and Shadow Ball are options over heal bell if you do not find it useful ingame.

curse is an egg move for miltank. the shortest breeding chain is torkoal > miltank. torkoal learns it at level 7.
