All you have to do is breed with a Clefairy.

Somebody was rating the given team and posting the optimal movesets for the Pokemon. None of the Pokemon can learn Ground-type moves (bar Hidden Power), so no Ground-type moves were included. Besides, Flareon beats Fire-types (Flash Fire), and Raichu beats Electric-types most of the time.
