Help with my BF Team

Ok I'm really horrible at making a good team but I think i have a team that i like. Ok here it is ( I made this back then when I had a bad habit of giving all my pokemon attacking moves, before I started to care about natures and EVs) and they are all at Level 100.

Lapras@don't know (Mystic Water I think)
don't know (the reason I don't know its item and its nature is that it is my japanease {sp?} emerald but i do know its attacks)(the other two are in FireRed)

Their horrible and I need help if I want to survive in the BF. I need a good move set, a good nature and a really good held item. I don't want to replace Lapras but I can get rid of the other two if needed. Last that I can think of is that if there is a breeded move for any new pokemon is that you post, please put the pokemon that can learn that move be there as well (the father that can past down the move to the child) Thanks for anyone to help this mess (and me).

Since your Salamence has a Special Attack reducing nature, the best you can do with it is:

Salamence @ Choice Band
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Brick Break / Flamethrower (if you fear Skarm)

You can retrain it using the EV reducing berries in Emerald.

To get Dragon Dance you'd need to breed with Horsea, Gyarados or Altaria, but that would mean using another Earthquake TM (which you can get from a Lv.91 Pickupper, very rarely). The DD set:

Salamence @ Leftovers
Adamant nature
- Dragon Dance
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

I'll save the other 2 for other posters to comment on (yes I'm a bit lazy).

The only reason for the weird items is item clause.
