help with my couzion

hi my couzion complete his dex his last pokemon was ;368; he traded it form his FAKE sapphire to his emerald
his problem is that he never got a johto starter prof birch nevered called him
so is it his fake sapphire? or its just a glitch

plz help him

Well, since his sapphire is fake, maybe that's why he didn't get the Johto starter. Did he ever use a cheating device on any of his games? If he did, that could have messed them up or something.

Or maybe he missed a pokemon or something? 'Cause you need all 200 Hoenn pokemon (excluding Jirachi/Dexoys) in order to obtain a Johto starter. And did he go to the lab and talk to Prof. Birch? I can't quite remember if he called me or not, so maybe he should just go and talk to him or something? Is his emerald a real copy, or is it pirated? And emerald was the game he completed his pokedex on, right? (Since this only works on emerald version)

Other than that, it could just as well be a glitch, but I've never encountered one like this...

I think Aquarelle is right. It could've been his/her FAKE sapphire version. But also, I got my johto starter just about a month ago so I perfectly remember that Prof. Birch does not call you and after you complete your pokédex, you have to go talk to him yourself. You could also go to the gamefreak place in lilycove. And if nothing happens, make sure he/she checks his pokédex (hoenn only) for missing pokémon.
