it's level is 65. what moves should i teach it, and what moves should i keep?

I think this goes in RMT.

Anyway, the moves you have are a definate no. Teach it physical moves.

I would teach it Dragon Dance and Earthquake, but I'm not sure about the other two moves. Maybe Return? Or Hidden Power? Find out what your Hidden Power is.

lol at the Special Sweeping Gyarados!
Have you not noticed that its attack stat is over TWICE its Special Attack stat?

Gyarados is just basically a worse version of Salamence. They both do the same job, except in game Gyarados cant get any flying moves (Unless you are seriously lucky). They both get DD, EQ, etc

It is a horrible suggestion, actually. Doing only 40 Damage is more than horrible

Possibly one of the worst I have heard today!
Nothing can pull off a Dragon Rage. A Seismic Toss or Nightshade yeah, cos they do a max of 100 and on Pokes that don't have attack, eg Bliss', it is usefull... But no Dragon Rage EVER!

In the turn that you get the boost from Dragon Dance, you can wipe out a lot of things InGame from there, excluding those Ghost-types with Levitate. No point exists in Dragon Rage, especially later in the game when you'll be facing those higher-level Pokemon with more HP.
