Help with my party? (Sapphire)

I need some help figuring out a team to use. I'm thinking this set up:

Blaziken
Gardevoir
Gyarados
Raichu
Sandslash
Salamence

I've been thinking about what I should do with this, but I need you to help me choose:

Replace Gyarados with:
Starmie or Golduck? (I plan on breeding Psybeam or Psychic onto a Psyduck, but which one should I breed onto it?)
Gardevoir: Replace with Kadabra/Alakazam? (I might be able to trade with someone to get 'kazam)
Sandslash: Should I replace him with an Absol?

* I have to be able to get the Pokemon with Sapphire version ONLY. I can't do any trading, or at least I don't think I can, with the possible exception of the Alakazam.
* No 00bers, but that's probably obvious.
* No ARing.
* You can provide movesets, but make sure I can get the moves with Sapphire version ONLY. Don't forget that. I'm not asking for movesets, but if you feel like it, be my guest.

here's the movesets I currently have:

Blaziken:
Brick Break
Earthquake
Sky Uppercut
Flamethrower

Salamence:
Fly
Hyper Beam
DragonBreath
Fire Blast
(Which move should I replace Double-Edge with?)

Gyarados:
Bite
Surf
Hydro Pump
Twister
(he's only level 44, so I need to train him some more, or replace him with my Milotic, but I do like the Starmie option.)

Raichu:
Thunderbolt
Thunder
Agility
Slam

Sandslash:
Scratch
Swift
Slash
Fury Swipes
(I'm leveling him up to get some ground moves on him)

Gardevoir:
Calm Mind
Confustion
Psychic
Imprison

Ok, now just a note:
I've used my quite a few of my one-time only TMs, including Earthquake and Aerial Ace... But I still have Focus Punch, just to let you know.

Endrev? Not too familiar on competitive training or breeding, but can you explain what that is?

Blaziken increases its attack with swords dance, then endures on a move that could kill it like starmie's surf or aerodactyl's hidden power flying. It gains the salac berry boost which makes it faster than most pokemon and then sweeps with reversal which gains more power at the lesser hp. It gets 200 power at 1-3 HP which makes 300 with stab which kills almsot anything. It fire blast's anything with a STAB Blazed fire blast that won't die from reversal such as skarmory, weezing, and forretress.

Well that's complicated... Don't think I'll do that... I was thinking, how about I use a Ninetails instead of Blaziken? I know Blazi's a sweeper and all... but he's really common in parties, and I don't know if I want to follow suit that much...

It isn't complicated at all.

Use swords dance, endure, then sweep.

Needs to time the endure right, though.

Ok then, but how do I get a Blaziken with swords dance? It's not listed as an egg move or a learnable move in my guide... And don't forget, I'm restricted to Sapphire only here.

Bulk up
Sky uppercut
Flamethrower
Aerial ace

its emerald that has battle frontier

Well, you can't. Swords Dance is a move tutor found in Fire Red/Leaf Green's Seventh Sevii Island and Emeralds' Battle Frontier.

I've already used aerial ace... as I stated before.

My team is really being used for mostly in-game play, with a tiny bit of competitive, so I dont really need that anyway...
