I need help i can decide what pokemon to use i picked some of my favourites but alot of them keep getting owned by earthquake because they mostly have that weakness but i dont know who to put in for them here is my team.

Why hardy? Replace psychic on Meta with agility. There are so many great grass types out there, but you chose Victreebel.

IMO, Solrock needs the extra kick as a CBer.

Rock Slide has always been crap on Meta from my experiences. You need 259 Spc. ATK for the 2HKO on Skarm, IIRC. Rest of the EVs in HP and Attack. Or you could drop the CB and use Psychic > EQ for a mixed sweeper, which I would prefer.

Free sleep is too nice to pass up. You need around 280 Spc. ATK to 2HKO Skarm with HP Fiar. A lot of Attack for Sludge Bomb, and some HP.

So yeah, Swampert, Dugtrio, Milotic, Suicune, and Flygon can easily come in and rape your team. I suggest another water > Lanturn like Sleep Talking Milotic (takes status, scares away Swampert/Dugtrio/Flygon) and an Electric/Heracross/special sponge like Blissey or Snorlax for any waters that come your way.
