I'm assuming that you are unwilling to rebreed and therefore that natures are fixed and egg moves are not an option.
Torterra @ Leftovers / Muscle Band / Expert Belt
~ Earthquake
~ Rock Slide / Stone Edge
~ Wood Hammer / Leaf Storm
~ Synthesis
Offensive Torterra that can also heal itself. The choice between Wood Hammer and Leaf Storm is up to you, but both are great STAB moves.
Magmortar @ Wise Glasses / Wide Lens
~ Flamethrower / Fire Blast
~ Thunderbolt
~ Focus Blast / Psychic
~ Confuse Ray / Will-O-Wisp
I hope you plan on evolving Magby into Magmortar. This set focuses on offense but tosses Confuse Ray/Will-O-Wisp in there for status. Wide Lens is great if you're using Fire Blast, Focus Blast, or Will-O-Wisp.
Gliscor @ Leftovers
~ Earthquake
~ Roost
~ Ice Fang
~ Swords Dance / U-turn
Pretty basic ingame Gliscor. Earthquake and Ice Fang hit all Pokemon for neutral damage except Bronzong. Roost heals you. Swords Dance ups Attack, or you can use U-turn to escape from dangerous Pokemon (such as Ice-types) while damaging them at the same time.
Gardevoir @ Leftovers / Wise Glasses
~ Calm Mind
~ Psychic
~ Focus Blast
~ Shadow Ball
This set gains excellent coverage; there is no Pokemon that resists the attacking combination of Fighting and Ghost. Use Calm Mind to boost Special Attack and Special Defense. (Another option here would be to use Charge Beam as the method of boosting Special Attack.)
Togekiss @ Leftovers / Wise Glasses
~ Air Slash
~ Aura Sphere
~ Roost / Wish
~ Yawn / Shadow Ball / Flamethrower
I also hope you plan on evolving Togetic into Togekiss, because Togekiss is an amazing Pokemon (Togetic... isn't). If you choose to use Roost on Gliscor, then definitely use Wish on Togekiss. Yawn is an excellent reliable means of inducing sleep on an opponent, but you can also use a third attacking move if you wish.
Staraptor @ Life Orb / Muscle Band
~ Close Combat
~ Brave Bird / Fly
~ Return
~ Quick Attack / U-turn
Your moveset is actually not bad. Return is arguably Staraptor's most reliable move, though, so you should use it. It's alright to use Fly over Brave Bird since the computer rarely switches, and since Fly has decent base power (as well as being an important HM move ingame). Don't use Double Team since while it may seem appealing, the computer loves to make you unlucky and its attacks will probably still hit even through your boosted evasion.
You have a pretty bad weakness to Ice, but Magmortar and Staraptor's Close Combat should do fine for Candice (if you haven't already beaten her). A note about the suggested items: I just put the best item for each Pokemon, but really, it isn't extremely important whether you give your Pokemon items or not.
