Help with noivyrn moveset

i just caught a Shiny noivern last night and would like to use it competitively, the Nature is Calm -Attack +Special Defense with 31 IVs in hp, defense, special defense and hp, 30 iVs in special attack, what would be the best move set to run with this guy? I was thinking Noivern@Life Orb?
Nature: Calm
Ability: Telepathy
252 Sp.A 252 Speed 4 hp
-Dragon Pulse
-Flamethrower
-Hurricane/Boomburst
-Roost

Was even thinking of using assault vest for a little more sp. d bulk while dropping roost and adding another coverage move or just Running boom/Hurricane any ideas?
