Help with Red pokemon movesets/stat analysis

Hey, just wondering if i could get some ideas for movesets for these two pokemon in my red version. Also if there stats are any good for who they are.

Charizard Lv 50
HP 172
Attack 114
Defense 118
Speed 142
Special 119

Thinking for moveset:
Fire Blast/Flamethrower
Earthquake
Dragon Rage/or strong normal move Mega Punch/Slash?
Swords Dance?

Ratticate Lv 50
HP 134
Attack 122
Defense 98
Speed 139
Special 82

Thinking for moveset:
Super Fang
Strong normal attack or two?
Non attacking move or two?

As far as stats I would suggest you NOT use any rare candies and (when you get the chance) boost them with Carbos and stuff of that nature.

Pretty nice set of moves for your Charizard, but this is what I would have
Charizard-
Flamethrower
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Slash would work, but Body Slam would be better

For your Ratticate-
Super Fang
Blizzard or Ice Beam
Hyperbeam
Double Edge or a move like it

Well...Charizard could use Swords Dance on it to up its attack.You could use Slash,Body Slam or Hyper Beam for the other.
Well...Raticate could use Body Slam,Hyper Beam and Blizzard in there.

For the pokemon stats just use the the Iron,Carbos,Protein things.It helps alot.

But for what there stats are now are they average, low or high?

Their stats will be average until/unless you use a rare candy (raises their level at the price of lowering their stats) or Carbos, Protein, ect. (raises their stats)
