Help with Shinies

Digimon > Pokemon
I'm sure people have made millions of these, but can anyone give me some advice? Do I have to just play for an extremely long time?

it's all luck. the longer you play, the more likely you are to find one, but it's far from certain either way.

Seriously, you may get one at 1 hour, you may get one at 500 hours.

I think, just don't looking for them. Searching make them (seem)rarer. A lot peoples find their shinies when they're EV training (me too).
But if you have enough luck...maybe you can find one easily.

Some people have spent their entire lives searching for shinies. Me? Nah. It's just a shiny Pokemon - get over it.

All you have to do is to encounter wild pokemons, if you are lucky enough then you can find a pokemon with a different colour.
And finding a shiny is too rare so dont excpect finding one that fast except if you are lucky.

Why do you people keep posting these your chance of a shiny is 1/8192 meaning the first pokemon you see could be a shiny

Meh, I'd only really want the legendaries for shinies. The rest you can just randomly run into while training, that's how I've found all 3 of mine.

(soft reset on the legends until it's shiny, takes time but is worth it IMO)
