I need help! I have a Level 32 Psyduck, A level 32 Pikachu, and a Level 25 Absol. Are there any modifications I need to make? Also, someone suggested I get Ice Beam. Where can I get Ice Beam?

You can find Ice Beam at the Kecleon Stores, Desert Region, and Southern Cavern.

No I've found ice beam at Sky Tower, if your lucky to get it. Anyhow be careful when you see Shuppet, Venomoth and Aerodactyl as they're the toughest to battle as you go up to Rayquaza.

Get items first from Magma Cavern and Kecleon's shop.

I beat Rayquaza with Secret Power (which paralyzed) and Bullet Seed. And some Iron Spikes and Oran Berries. Bullet Seed made quick work of him. Dead in 3 turns. In your case, hit him with Thunder Wave from Pikachu, and Ice Beam him with Psyduck once you get it, or just thorw stuff at him while healing. Or bring along a good grass type, like Nuzleaf, Roselia, or Shroomish and teach it Bullet Seed.

I beat him with a few Water Gun and one Absorb. Healing items and Silver Spikes are always helpful.
