you want more SDef than Def, because WoW cuts the opponent's physical attack in half. you'll be easily able to take the hits.

I didnt see Swords Dance as a Lvl up move for Shedinja

you get swords dance on shedinja by evolving it at level 25 and letting ninjask learn SD. the shedinja you get knows the same moves as ninjask does after evolution.

focus punch on dusclops is for player-vs-player battles, if you can predict when your opponent will use a stat-up attack or switch.
