Help with Sprite Resources

Umm... I'm trying to make my own Trainer Card and I have a problem. When I find sprite resources, I usually find them grouped together like this one: http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j229/_-Dracosphere-_/buildings0cu.png

The problem is how do I get them individual?

The SPAM just doesnt stop Use the crop tool and you should get it right. And a smarter idea would be to PM someone for advice rather then making a thread.
